Pros
Employees and higher ups were very nice, an incredibly friendly environment
Cons
Sometimes it felt like the owner didn't really care about the employees, he let the individual managers take care of everything and wasn't very transparent about the availability of hours/the closing date of the business so people were left hanging trying to figure out their own job security.
