No longer the days when you take care of your employees and promote employee ideas or opinions. They cut very important positions, leaving more work for the lower levels. Then, when those lower level team members can no longer keep up with the work load, they fire you, and bring in another replacement. It's a revolving door at their owned properties.
The main challenge of working for this company is that fact that they are cutting costs company wide. All of their employees are being laid off or not being offered much deserved raises. While at the same time the senior management who is running the company into the ground are giving themselves large salary increases and bonuses.
