Pros

Some staff have your back

Cons

Awful place to work, management doesn’t care if you get hurt. On 2nd and 3rd shift, good luck if you have a code. Not enough staff to help with code.

Pros

The pay is high but not high enough to compensate how bad it is.

Cons

This place has no staff, constantly mandates, cant keep employees, and doesn't care to. They make no effort to keep employees happy and have the poorest (pretty sure illegal to) nurse to patient ratios. They also dont pay sick time for temporary employees which is illegal I'm sure.

Pros

Deep down, you know your work is helping people who really need the help.

Cons

"Transparent leadership" is lip service, everyone is expected to be a puppet on a string. In my experience, I left and they owed me money that I never saw. Huge disconnect between the regional hospitals and between the parent company, and I suspect that was on purpose.
