The culture at OX184 is fantastic! The management are all very friendly, considerate and communicative. The team they have hired as floor staff are all great people who work hard and are always willing to help one another out.
Cons
Hard work during the fringe festival as OX is a lot busier and it stays open later - but worth it for the team you get to work with.
