Can’t think of any, happy place

Incompetent staff rewarded. No recognition for dedicated, hard-working staff. Management have no idea what staff actually do. Positions given to people without necessary qualifications or experience. Patient care invariably plays second fiddle to making money. Long wait times for patients due to poor communication, staff incompetence and short appointment times. Chronic Disease and Elderly Health Assessment are carried out to "Increase Billing Opportunities". "Clinical Nurse Specialist" with no clinical skills, qualifications or experience...not even qualified to give injections!
