Pros

Until they go out of business, you'll get your paycheck. There are snacks. The people are (mostly) a fun bunch. Happy hours. Generates temporary intrigue when telling people where you work, because absolutely no one knows what Fullscreen is or does (intrigue dissipates upon any attempted explanation of what the company actually does). Benefits are OK.

Cons

The CEO, while a lovely guy, doesn't seem to have any genuine interest in the content they're creating. Recruiting does a poor job of finding qualified candidates for roles, and they take a very long time doing so. Want to hire someone? Better have someone in mind. Human Resources is incompetent, dishonest and manipulative, acting against the better interests of the company. Engineers don't stick around. A cloud of doom hangs over the SVOD team. McBeardians, while fantastic at what they do, have a snobbish attitude and like to pretend they're not actually part of the company. There is very little collaboration between departments. Harassment runs rampant. There is no focused vision for the future of the company. C level executives are brought on with great fanfare and then disappear without explanation a few months later. Interns are brought on board in massive numbers, plied with snacks and drinks, and spend their days lounging and socializing. They are, however, asked to do one, and only one thing: write a positive Glassdoor review. Ahhhh now those 5-star yet completely unsubstantial reviews below make sense, don't they?

Pros

Very casual dress code without any judgment if you actually take advantage of it, lots of free food and fully stocked kitchens with Intelligentsia coffee and once in awhile - Stumptown cold brew on tap, the office is pretty and new.

Cons

The hours are terrible across seemingly all departments, uncompetitive compensation, decision by committee for every tiny thing, endless meetings, casual sexism, really miserable and incompetent people, screaming is common and acceptable, constant turnover, company strategy is unfocused. This place is a race to the bottom.

Pros

If you are just starting out your career, this will be a good place to get your feet wet and learn all the ways to not do things. It only gets better from here.

Cons

If you are the bread winner of your family or care about building your career, my advice is to avoid this company at all cost as they will dispose of you without a second thought. If you are a woman, you really should look elsewhere or be prepared for daily harassment, discrimination, exclusion and belittling. And yes, I agree with the other reviewers that office politics has ruined the environment and that this company does not execute, just a lot of hot air.
