      - Great leadership (everyone is approachable and friendly) and vision for the company - Engineering team has a strong focus on quality (tests and good infra) - Good work life balance

      People are genuinely kind and caring. The culture is very warm and suppportive.

      Most of the top-level engineering management is home-grown and does not have experience at companies of similar size, so processes could be better than they are.
