      Pros

      When i started, it was one of the best places to learn in your area. It was full of kind and helpful skilled colleagues, ready to teach. It's a "familiar vibe" agency when it comes of your private life.

      Cons

      The wages. Since the very beginning as an intern and even now, it's very hard to someone to recognize your hardwork. They made you feel like you really need to beg for a rise and always keep pushing out of your box, just to get a little of what you should get as a base
