      Partners are accessible and decisions are based on common-sense unlike several other companies I had been at before.

      Some late change requests can create some chaos, nothing out of the ordinary in digital marketing...

      Exciting environment and people, excellent vision and Ideas of digital market, management open to new ideas and process

      Cons

      Complicated balance pro / personal, the more you go up the difficult it gets. The official irreverence value is not that easy to take it on top management, it is possible only about operational issues or process disfunctionment
