No knowledge of other business units. Very green politically hired management with no real value add to day to day activities outside of tracking. Very little money in terms of base and OTE. If you want to make money here you better be ready to work 12 hour days with little to no acknowledgment.

We are a brewery in Durham, North Carolina so I believe this is intended for a different company that may share the same name. We don't do any business in CT or employ staff there. Sorry you had a bad experience with this similarly named company.
The people you work with are great.
Lots of autonomy behind the bar.
Cons
Management is MIA, you rarely see or hear from management regarding changes outside of the occasional text blast.
Some shifts you’d only make like $30-45
