Pros

Cool products, decent vacation, fun co-workers, kombucha!

Cons

Owners can be harsh, they read all your emails, all your interpersonal office messages, they are not as cool as they pretend to be, no training, but lots of expectations. Lived check to check.

Thanks for sharing feedback. We definitely do craft some pretty cool products and have a lot of fun working together as a team. We definitely don’t rummage through emails and messages unless there is a legal investigation. We respect everyone’s privacy and safety at Fully. After growing really fast over the past few years, we are taking the opportunity to strengthen training, including promoting people into dedicated “trainer” roles. Looking back over 2018, and including this first couple of months in 2019, we promoted a total of 45 teammates — that’s 40% of our team! That number is an incredible testament to our driven and collaborative team.

Pros

Responsive and compassionate leadership with integrity. Forward thinking. Cares deeply about the employee experience. Listens to feedback. Invests in improvements to the way the company operates.

Cons

Slightly less competitive pay but they're working on it. The company has grown a lot so they're still sorting it out.

Pros

Intelligent and creative co-workers; employees who give a damn about their jobs; amazing benefits (i.e. 100%-covered healthcare, wellness stipends, alternative transportation reimbursements); rapidly-growing and socially-conscious company

Cons

A lot of lateral mobility, but not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility; lack of communication from management; rapid growth leading to a lot of growing pains; salaries are on the lower end for the local market

Great feedback. I’m with you on celebrating the seriously smart and creative people at Fully. I’m also really glad to hear you’re enjoying the comprehensive benefits we offer — taking care of our team is a top priority. As we’ve grown, promoting from within has been a great opportunity for us to show our dedication to professional development. We’re pretty excited to share that in 2018 and early 2019, 17% of our team was promoted into supervisory, management, and leadership positions. Also, we recently adjusted our pay structure and annual profit sharing bonus. If you still find there is a disconnect with your salary and role, I encourage you to connect with your manager; we definitely want you feeling in alignment.
