      Work never ends.

      Pros

      The teammates were great to work with. Some of the owners were great partners others needed to have a firm reminder about upkeep of their properties. Its a mixed bag, the few greats make your job and tenants happy

      Cons

      Management did not seem to care about their employees. Felt like another cog in the wheel. You are replaceable. Vacation was limited.

      Good company culture, great staff, fun company events

      Cons

      Extra hours on call on the weekends, with only $200 compensation. Very little training given to entry level roles
