Flexible with PTO and taking time for appointments. Empowering culture where you’re trusted to get the work done and there’s always support when you ask for help. Good energy when the company connects online or in person. Very open minded exec team when it comes to resources and tools such as AI

Cons

No bonuses but they’re transparent about their start up costs Remote work has its downsides

The Füm workplace is a great atmosphere that is ambitious and encourages personal and corporate growth/development. Füm takes good care of its employees and has a unique, close culture dynamic. Füm values empowering individuals - both customers and employees.

Cons

As the job positions are primarily remote (which is amazing!), it can sometimes be hard to feel connected to the larger team but Füm emphasizes Zoom meetings, company get togethers etc. as a way for the team to stay connected :)

Thanks for constructive feedback! We will find ways to bringing our remote teams together in person more often in addition to finding ways to foster more meaningful remote connections between employees.
