1) Management style - at times, there was a tendency toward micromanagement, particularly when sales were slower during certain weeks. Even after consistent good weeks, one or two low weeks thereafter could lead to a lot of scrutiny and hence pressure, and can lead you to feel even more demoralised and unmotivated, even if that was not the intention
2) Referencing to point 2 from 'Pros' - while mgt team aims to improve sales processes, this often led to frequent reporting requirements that would take away time from our daily tasks.
3) Medical benefits could be definitely be enhanced; this is a key area that potential long-term employees will likely evaluate closely when considering career growth within the company.
4) Clients have too easy access to us (phone calls) which leads to disruptions in work flow. Also sometimes feels like a call centre during peak periods but this is currently being improved by hiring sales coordinators to assist.
