Pros

Friendly and helpful colleagues who are there to guide and support one another. Structured processes and well organised. Flexible with hybrid working environment that allows for independent work without micromanaging. Frequent team building events to bond the team. Management that is open to feedback.

Cons

Fast pace working environment especially during peak periods. Have to handle many deals and clients at once, so stress and time management as well as ability to multitask is important.

- Autonomy given to implement ideas and execute - Opportunity to learn by doing and have chance to work on different varied projects - Bosses and managers are nice and collaborative - Growth plan is exciting as the company is expanding to new markets and verticals, which is great to experience first hand

Fast-paced environment with good learning opportunities to take up different responsibilities early on. You'll be given ownership and autonomy to complete your tasks, but also appropriate guidance whenever you need from the managers. Founders are humble and down to earth, not afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example. Pretty amazing to see them jumping into the trenches with the team during the peak period, even fixing equipment with team, drilling walls, packing items, etc, which is very inspiring.

Cons

Some processes can be a bit clearer and streamlined, but expected of a company growing pretty fast
