Pros
-Clients are across many industries. Many interesting technical items and learning opportunities. -They are committed to regularly improve standardized work papers and trainings. -The partners are kind and not micro managers. -Co-workers are bright and kind as well. -Being a global firm, the diversity and many multi lingual professional is/are present. -You can be 100% remote or choose to go into the office whenever you like. -There are plenty of opportunities to make your mark and move up within the company. -Amount of PTO days is great
Cons
-August is a vacation month for the clients. So for tax, it is vital to get every piece of information before then. -Like every other accounting firm, domestic jr staff is light. Most of Jr staff is in Europe. -May seem unorganized in your first year (but fellow staff will help you there)
