Even when you try so many times to get things organized. the schedule, projects, meetings, etc., the people turn everything into chaos. It gets so tiring that you can only think of giving up.
The only time this company will do you good is when you leave. With a few years of working experience, you'll be good.

This company doesn't see people for what they are. Our skills are being neglected and unseen for the entire duration of your stay. There's basically no hope for you if you stay woking here.
