I worked at Function1 for many years and had the privilege of working with the smartest people, diverse array of clients, multiple technology stacks, and some of the best perks.

Cons

As with any small consulting company, there can be scenarios where you don't have as much flexibility as desired.

Pros

Very flexible and open working environment. Great and friendly employees spread across the US and Canadia, The projects have been exciting and it's staffed with deep talent. I really enjoyed my five years here. The company is expanding their support offerings for greater resilience.

Cons

Management is focused on billing and not on resource development. You need to be a self-starter to work here (that's not necessarily a bad thing). The quarterly meetings have been postponed.
