Start-up environment that gives you the room to own your projects and grow your skillset. Opportunity to work remotely with an incredibly talented, supportive team. Company culture lives up to the name. Interesting client set within the Web 3 space. Hard work and strategic contributions are recognized and appreciated by leadership. Clear vision and roadmap for the continued success of the agency.
Cons
Growing pains within the company are evident with confusion around processes and responsibilities between teams. Some teams are more organized and experienced than others. Clients in varying timezones can be a challenge from time to time.
