If something is not working, you can expect that they will listen with an open mind and give you honest judgement-free conversation. It's really refreshing to be able to speak openly and discuss solutions without politics. Customer Centric: A lot of companies toss this idea around but don't actually manage it in practice. Funding Gates strikes a healthy balance between responding to customer needs and proactively driving their own vision for AR management. Funding Gates is growing, fast. If you're looking for a place to challenge yourself and build your career, this is it! Bright sunny office and I love the amazing standup desks!

The bar is set really high. Funding Gates is a great place to be for high performing individuals who are looking to grow. It wouldn't be a great fit for someone looking to coast along.
