      good benefits, pay if you get commission no weekends.

      Cons

      You'll be fired on a whim, no management, only relatives somehow manage to keep their job. You're commission is taken away for whatever reason. Unprofessional ego driven decisions. If you're a merchant and don't mind an immediate $5000+ fee for a "default", sign the contract. If you want a job that's part of a high turnover and with no feel of camaraderie or support, then apply. Related companies are Arrowhead Consulting in DE and Commercial Asset Recovery in PA.

      Terrible pay compared to the rest of the MCA industry. Executives come in wearing muscle shirts and athletic shorts daily, playing poker in their office and cursing loudly constantly but expect the utmost professionalism from their employees. Floated the idea of having lockers for cell phones to prevent usage. No warnings given for any infractions, just one strike and you're gone. Very high turnover rate, even for an industry that is full of job-hoppers.

      Pros

      Funding Metrics provides a positive work environment where every voice is heard promoting a positive culture in the office. Management is very open to new ideas and makes sure that everyone is well taken care of. They make sure they promote within the company allowing room for growth. Also, the Jersey City office has a state of the art cappuccino machine. Who doesn't love that?!

      Cons

      Because this is a production job, this company does not provide flex hours. It is difficult to work from home because this job relies on every department to come together to make decisions and communicate ideas in person, which can only be done if everyone is present in the office.
