      Pros

      Get to learn about the MCA industry.

      Cons

      Everything else. No training, no benefits, upper managment steals leads directly from openers and does not let them close. No one worked there for more than 4 months. Ran by a bunch of guys who don't know what they are doing. The CEO is rude, racist, and uneducated. Sales for is ran like a frat house.

      Since i have been at Fundomate, I have learned a lot. I have grown tremendously with the company. I look forward to staying with the company long term. Great atmosphere.

      Cons

      There are no down sides working here. Everyday is a good day. We exude positivity and obtain results.
