- customers love product - remote

- newer sr leaders have no exp. or cred in ngo market, dont rlly undertsand customers or their challenges - leadership blind to existg internal talent, no upward mobility or internal movement actually possible - comp plans always changing, moving targets, do not reflect reality of market or internal operations - company wide low morale looked at as problem to be solved with bandaid solutions like offsites - high turnover, internal politics
