      Literally nothing whatsoever, absolute nightmare

      Company is rampant with workplace bullying, this coming as an order from senior management too! Pay is absolutely horrible, the working environment is comparable to being a prisoner, made to feel like a number. Management haven’t a clue, obviously lied to get their jobs “previous management experience” yea right... Team leads have a bad case of big fish small pond syndrome, think they’re untouchable Trying to run the company as this massive multinational when in reality 30 people work there... The “London office” is a virtual one, it’s just an address no office at all DO NOT work there and DO NOT conduct business with them, extremely unprofessional and extremely high employee turnover

      Smaller Organisation so learning is there

      Cons

      - Toxic work culture, environment and toxic employees. - "One way; One Command" - MD do not hear, trust or grow his sub-ordinates - Do not have proper system to address issues and grievances - Do not give option or hear employees voice. - Employees are chucked out of organisation within minutes time without explanation and notice period - This gives a feel like we are employed in petty shop. - Employees are treated as resources and not humans.

      Poor pay. Poor flexibility. No progression offered, you are made to feel like a number. Bullying is common, even coming from senior management. A toxic environment in general. Poor management. Unbelievably high employee turnover.
