Treat employees like machines. They have no respect for you as a person, you are simply a commodity to make them money and are easily disposable. Everything single thing is urgent and needing to be finished yesterday which creates a stressful/tense work environment. One new designer didnt take lunch for two days because she was swamped and instead of pitching in, the design director tells her "thats ok". Thats actually illegal but they dont care. Incompetent managers who are only looking to cover their own selves and will throw you under the bus if needed. Long hours and overly strict on time (you have to be seated at 9am but often stayed in the office past your scheduled working hours due to often being given assignments that MUST be finished before you leave) although senior managers didnt follow their own rules. Only take the job if you have nothing else and always be on the lookout for another one. Also the benefits are terrible.

Investors' and alalysts' reports say it all. Company has no strategy - because the wrong individuals are at the top. Lots of marketing speak and cheerleading shop talk by executives. Show is getting old. Career skills will stagnate. You won't be respected outside when you decide to re-enter the real global workforce. Top competitive companies/leading Fortune 100-500's do not respect LF nor its executive leaders. Colleagues are dinosaur age in conventional ways of thinking. Super old school, Chinese company. Stale energy/qi. Leaders are paranoid and insecure. Get out quick and don't look back!
