Pros
I have many positive things to say about my experience here. My professional development has been supported and I've had great growth opportunities. My supervisors were people-focused and responsive. I felt a lot of alignment with the organization's values too. Coworkers (in my department, as well as others) were amazing.
Cons
The organization has experienced communication and engagement challenges balancing remote, hybrid and onsite work 'post-pandemic'. There has also been rapid growth over the last few years which has required new communication structures and processes.

Great coworkers and free product. Customers fawn over you when they discover you have/had worked there
Cons
HR and upper management are non-existent yet insist on being a “family.” The company used to feel that way, now it puts profit over people.
