Being in a start up can be challenging… there’s a lot of ups and downs and it takes a special kind of person to go through the roller coaster

High focus on personal and professional development Incredibly talented, fun and supportive team and company culture Zero judgement or blame, failure is encouraged so long as you're trying. Exciting product with an inspiring roadmap Rapidly scaling with a dedicated community of users.
Cons
Start up culture is not for everyone. It requires you to be creative as a pathfinder. The demands of a rapidly growing young company requires each individual take on a level of responsibility and ownership that may feel uncomfortable from time to time as each individual on the team contributes to the success of the company as a whole. Can't be afraid of making mistakes or taking feedback for improvement.
