      Pros

      Clear vision for the long term strategy Great teams (and friends) Lots of benefits Lots of team building/company events Great communication between teams and updates via "townhall meetings" Lots of existing gaming platforms are in the top positions in the apple/google stores

      Cons

      Teams are small and schedule is full so there is not much capacity for hiring junior members Gaming market is changing fast so there are lots of new type of features that we need to adapt to very fast.

      - Modern app industry with lots of interesting tasks, work never gets boring - Hybrid working model with at-will home office possibility -Hierarchies are flat and teams work well together - No dresscode & informal business culture - Atmosphere among colleagues is positive - Good benefits & salary packages

      Cons

      - Company is creating products that are social gambling apps (games of chance with virtual currencies) so you need to be fine with doing that - Lots of things going on requires good prioritization
