      - Management listens and often tries to address concerns regarding improvements or complaints. - Everyone is friendly and there is little drama compared to other places I've worked. - We work to our strengths while the company tries to facilitate training and self-improvement. - Shift pattern helps with work-life balance.

      Cons

      - The business is still growing from a small company to a small corporation. There are culture shifts as well as artifacts from how it used to be. You'll get the feeling that there are areas of the company that aren't fully developed while others are fairly strong.
