      Pros

      Beautiful campus, good students, good retirement plan, good faculty and staff, and it is located in a growing city (Greenville).

      Cons

      Furman has had some leadership challenges over the past few years, and it still seems to be groping for its strategic direction. With new leadership, this will (hopefully) be addressed.

      Good summer wellness plan, good holidays, cool benefits.

      Cons

      Students are terrible to work with. Faculty/staff hand hold students and cater everything to them at the expense of other faculty/staff.
