      Decent pay and good remote culture, but high pressure

      Pros

      The pay was decent but the best part of working there was working from home and the co-workers that were in the trenches with you.

      Cons

      If you're looking to be micromanaged and not trusted to do your job this is the place for you. They also expect you to make 0 mistakes but do extra work without any questions or proper training.

      Fair benefits but management struggles with consistency

      Benefits are fair. Remote positions available.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. Turnover is unusually high. There was a high volume workload with multiple changes to many of the processes, while being short staffed in the middle of busy season. These changes were not smooth and caused more work and confusion. Managers kept changing and training for the process changes kept being delayed. This caused friction and a higher workload for many. Communication was not consistent. Ownership and management seem sincere in caring about their employees however their actions lead me to feel it is disingenuous. If you want stability you may want to look into their high turnover rate before excepting a job here.
