Pros

Absolute no pros I can think of.

Cons

They even make you pay for their business cards, let that sink in. No way to move up. They want you to move from store to store instead. Absolutely no pay raise to do anything extra they ask for. Not even a kitchen to use on your break. Poor company culture with very high turn over. Cannot imagine why?

Pros

Management and most salesmen were excellent coworkers, and would make ammends when needed.

Cons

Issues arose with scheduling and sometime with upper level management that trickled down and punished delivery crews.
