Pros
You feel like you are part of the this beautiful island working in there. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help, the team is awesome. Would work here again anytime I'm on the island with pleasure. It gets pretty crowded and you can make money.

Restaurant is not open on Sunday Free Coffee Customers are very friendly and awesome to talk to.

Hourly wage was severely lowered than what was initially agreed upon start of employment No mention of staff meal deductions from management. Discovered this upon receiving my first paycheck. Pay is received on 1st and 15th of each month. That is, if it does not fall on a weekend, holiday, or does not meet any further complications. (Multiple times my pay was late due to these circumstances which is unacceptable.) No direct deposit, so you better hope you work the days they actually have the cheques in hand. Management was very deceptive, and in some cases relied on micro-managing on a day-to-day basis.
