Pros

casual atmosphere, great people, fun content

Cons

senior management is a hot mess and has no idea what goes on below director level. they stress that they're a "multicultural" network and yet everyone above director level (aka the decision makers) are white. everything is executed last minute as if planning ahead is just unfathomable. everyone is underpaid but overworked. complacency is the norm at fuse.

Pros

good people, there are some quality ppl

Cons

horrible leadership, senior staff are in the clouds and don't care about anyone. Unahicvable company goals with no real means to achieve them. There are some smart people here but they no support to actually achieve anything great. Health insurance is based in california so if you work out of the NYC office, your insurance sucks.

Good for a first job, but don't stay here

Pros

I learned a lot and the people (at the junior levels) are amazing

Cons

No clear direction or goals, and the senior management is messy, constantly changing its focus. The men in charge are misogynistic and don't understand how to lead a company in the digital age, thinking they understand what the audience and "millennial" want when they clearly don't. Even though it's targeting to multi-cultural young people, I often heard racist and disparaging remarks. People are constantly leaving without any sort of re-hiring, meaning the remaining team must continue to increase their workload, which decreases quality. People that have worked there forever believe they should have seniority, even when they are clueless (which is often). The environment is gossipy and toxic, and politics rule everything.
