Remote work, AWS tech stack, self managed teams, compensation was good

Too self managed. So much so, that there was really no direction at all. After years and years in their domains of 'expertise' there are still no signs of a product on the horizon and things are dire. Do not expect to code much here. Do expect to be asked to do anything and everything in about 2 weeks.
