      Pros

      Decent co-workers. Commute less than 5 minutes. Good office location in business hub. Free parking.

      Cons

      Definite lack of integrity from senior management. Beware of the bait to bring good quality people in and then the switch of actual duties once you're inside this so-called company. Found out from others that previously worked there, that all experienced the same bait and switch scenario. Unrealistic expectations and sales goals from management. Do not work here. Go work for a real, legitimate, and ethical company. Your career deserves way more.

      Pros

      Because you will likely be performing multiple duties (regardless of matching prior experience), you do get experience working in several aspects of the company.

      Cons

      This company has a very high turnover rate, so beware of the initial promise of growth and stability. My tasks in no way reflected the job description I applied for. Most employees seem to have an unbearable workload, which causes issues internally when people try to get their coworker's assistance on projects.

      The company is still relatively immature and struggling to get customers. This sometimes results in over representing what they have done or can do for customers. Depending on your role, this could put added stress or pressure on you or unrealistic expectations.
