Pros

Fusion is a company that expect every member of the team to work according to lay down principles. It thrive in every way to satisfy its client with good service delivery

Cons

The odd side of the company is the response time to the need of the field staff. Control team (safe for few) hardly respond to your calls or enquires when needed, but expect you to respond to theirs without delay.

Some nice people to work with, good social aspects and had loads of hands-on training

Cons

Pay was awful considering the workload as I wasn’t earning commission the entire time I was there. Young people taken advantage of quite a lot and sexist attitudes from some people.
