I've been here long enough to see what kind of people succeed here and which do not:
- If you know PR and can get started quickly once you are onboarded to each account (rather than having to have your hand held for months after your start date) you will succeed. This is a small company, so everybody needs to be good at their jobs.
- If you talk a big game, but cannot deliver media opportunities or results, you will not last.
- If you constantly miss deadlines and don't seem to care, you will not last.
- PR can be a very stressful occupation, and clients can sometimes be unreasonably demanding. If you cannot deal with occasional anxiety and pressure, this is not the industry for you. This goes not just for Fusion but for any PR agency.
