      Pros

      Inclusive workplace, great colleagues, excellent management. Haven't in all my 20 years of IT experience had such a smooth onboarding experience. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      None I can think of, maybe more collaboration in the smaller offices like Adelaide, but overall not much.

      Pros

      Good salary, responsive management, good customer focus.

      Cons

      not really a big negative but Fusion5 have a few different practices such as their Netsuite practice, Business Central practice and about 4 other distinct practices and a set of shared business services such as marketing and HR. This means you don't get a lot of exposure at how the other practices work.

      Pros

      Autonomy in how work and outcomes are delivered with support from leadership to cut through the noise. Huge growth agenda. It’s an exciting time to be part of the company and our planned growth. Focus on allowing people to play to their strengths. I work in a great team that I’m truly proud of the maturity and capabilities that we have built. Executive leadership and capability leads are approachable. Socials are pretty good. There is a quarterly DJ event in the office on a Friday night!

      Cons

      Systems and processes groan and creak under our fast growth. However this is being addressed.
