Depending on the client, the daily tasks are painful, and the 1:1's are like talking to the wall. They promise make changes and nothing happens. If you try to keep defending your rights, you will be kicked. Always the client has the reason, evrn if you have all the evidence on your favor. Overtime without payment because the client has the voice over the legal contract.

+ The company throws you to the client and only have a 1:1 with a guy that seems not to care nothing about you. + It's common to feel the typical pressure of a nearshure dev company.
