      Disappointment to my carrier

      Pros

      Nothing is good in this company, I joined as fresher and I think I got good opportunity to learn but they just use us and no appreciation is ever received. It is just for one or two projects the appreciation is done.

      Cons

      The Appraisal process takes a huge time as if they do lot of statistical study upon the performance of employees but NO, it is all fixed who gets what. They try to inculcate the old values of an earlier organisation of theirs. Of taking freshers and getting donkey work done. There is no planning, so false promises to clients and when the delivery is not on time, the employees are blamed. The Appraisal is done in such a way that employees will either discontinue or will be forced to stay in longer as for less experience no other company will be able to match the package to them. Same with the designation that they provide.

      Worst company to work for

      Not found any and all mentioned feedbacks are scripted by owners.

      Cons

      This company does not look like IT firm looks more like family business of couple of ladies with zero knowledge about technology but filled with ego and worst attitude. They dont respect employees and ask to leave at any moment if you speak against their mismanagement. Even if you work for 14 hrs a day they think you are useless for their business. Even if you are desperate to get job don't join this company and wait, you will get better option than this for sure. Dont have new projects working on very old projects with old technologies. Zero growth, no salary hikes and worst infrastructure. Every employee work for at least 12 hrs a day with no employee benefits. All policies are against employees that ruins the peace in employees life. Worst management. Zero work life balance. Even they ask female employees to work till 12 in the night without providing any cab service that is the worst thing about the company. Zero job security, they can fire you at any moment without notice period. Better stay away from such a bad environment.

      Worthless Management, Useless HR, Worst Manager, Great politician, Worst Atmosphere, Good colleagues.

      1. Salary hike is good . 2. Colleagues are good as everyone having similar pain so they can understand each other truly. 3. After leaving this organization, you won't be having that passion to work into IT sector.

      Cons

      1. You need to understand that employees are not Donkeys, they have all the respect, if you are joining this organization, you have to keep in mind that whoever you are , you have to suffer with disrespect from Manager . 2. They even hold the salary and won't give you when we desperately need it. 3. 12 hours working is minimum and normal here, entry time is fixed, exit time is not 4. If you are a fresher , u need a mentor more and a manager less ... They are very much concerned about work done at any cost, and not employee grooming 5. If you want to leave the organization, then u need to keep this in mind too that your notice period days will be like hell as they won't leave a single chance to humiliate you for no reason. 6. Mental torture, unhealthy atmosphere, all the employees are so afraid with the manager and upper management don't have a guts to take some action against him. 7. HR there is of no use, no authority, no decision making ....nothing .... 8. You ll feel that the person who's working in your house as a maid have lot more respect than you working as an employee in this organization. 9. Rules are different for all the employees, depends on your productivity, if you are good for them financially then you can manipulate the rules otherwise they are strict.

We already have a structured ramp-up program in place with key focus on guided live project exposure and mentorship. With the changing industry norms, we have already transitioned our working model to a hybrid one so the employees can maintain their work life balance. Also, base location is no more a barrier for us. Regarding your feedback on biasness & mishandling employee emotions, these are subjective in nature and we are open to perspectives & discussions. We would like to hear your story. The company is growing at a fast pace, we work in a thriving disruptive set-up, it is not always perfect, but we try hard & are committed to the fact that unpleasant encounters, such as experienced by you, are handled in the best possible way.
