The worst ever - I got out after one month

Pros

Can't come up with 20 words to be honest. The positive reviews here are obviously written by people who have bought into the unethical culture.

Cons

I left because of the ethical issues that have been well documented by other people. I cannot list these issues here because I am not allowed apparently, probably because of legal issues. Best I can say is you should not join here unless you talk with at least a couple of former employees. Someone below recommended Linkedin to obtain names which is good. I had to get out. I was asked to do things that totally went against everything I stand for. After talking with others this culture is what prevails here. You succeed by buying into it. It you don't buy into it you are bullied and pushed out. The people who believe in integrity get out quick, those that stay....

Pros

There are really wonderful people that work there. Some great friends were made.

Cons

Constant turnover and Robert Half contractors has an effect on moral and the quality of work you inherit. Expectations change constantly and without notice. Salaries are low, benefits are Horrible (2K company 401k match max! horrible health insurance), time off is only 2 weeks max, and very little holidays.Very little room for growth for finance employees. Work life balance is poor and working from home is rarely ok for Franklin employees.

Depressing place to work

Pros

You can work remotely, you aren't required to go into an office.

Cons

The ship seems to be sinking and everyone is either quitting or being let go. Upper management fell asleep at the wheel years ago and is desperately trying to turn things around, but it is pretty obvious that it is too little, too late.
