Hi All, This review is for the people who are going to join here or having a plan of taking up the interview in this company. I am an Ex- Employee of this company and worked here for 1 year. Such a Worst Company. Let me narrate u in detail. I am going to tell you about your future if u prefer to join this company. You will work hard for 1 Year. After 1 year you should receive your hike. You guys know what they will do. They will give you Hike. Do u know how much is that Rs 500.. A person who works in a tea shop washing glasses will get a better hike. If u ask about the hike . They will treat you very bad and insult you in front of others. and tell if you are interested work otherwise get out. So, you will decide to get relieved from this company. There comes a Twist. They will ask u to relieve properly and ask you to serve the notice period. After serving the notice period for 60 Days. U won't receive your salary or the relieving letter from this company. And they will threaten you we will fail you in Background Verification. So, you don't have any other options. You will think of working in the same company for another 1 Year, Then comes the second twist they will ask you to Sign the bond for 2 years then we will give you Hike. If you signed the bond. That's it. You won't receive your hike. You need to work there as a slave. People who are working there signed the bond at present and still haven't received their hike. Such a Worst and fraudulent company. I have worked in few companies. But I have never come across any company like this. People be aware. Last 1 year around 20 people were relieved from this company. None of them received the salary and papers properly. In case you have any idea of joining this company. After joining just enquire about the hike. But no one will open their mouth because if they tell you something they won't get the papers and salary. This is how they are threatening people. The good reviews posted here are posted by their friend's, employee and their friends. Don't trust the good reviews and go.. The future is in your hands. Think Twice and Act Wise.

No job security (they blackmail you by not giving documents they give only after lots of struggle) 6. Have to stay extra 1 hour after work hours if you leave early then you will be targeted 7. Giving false hope by CEO on every meeting 8. Expect to work like a slave. 9. No Nightshift allowance 10. No bonus (maximum 2k for a year) 11. Employees keep on resigning from job 12. Small office space, no place to sit
