      Pros

      Some people are nice but the CEO is constantly changing his mind about the direction of the company and doesn't understand Sales or what he is selling All he wants to do is get cheap labour from India and sell it to America. When you pay peanuts you get monkies.

      Cons

      They do not pay on time and sometimes not at all. There is a wake of past employees that are owed money. This place is a career killer.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, remote work. Lots of autonomy, you will get out of the role what you put into it. Positive and collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Small team, startup so there are times where the work is more reactive.
