The projects are always interesting and clients are great and excellent for building your resume. The employees all crazy talented often in ways you wouldn't expect. Colleagues from FC almost always go on to bigger and better things so you can build up a really powerful professional network.

Cons

Doesnt pay nearly enough I can now make more doing part-time freelance than I did at FC. Employees are expected to just work themselves into the ground to make up for poor planning and estimation. You will work overtime and you will not get paid enough to feel good about it. Projects are always always underestimated and it's on the team to make it work. CEO has a tendency to be both very optimistic with time estimates and a complete perfectionist with results.
