      Pros

      - Fun, exiting and diverse projects all the time. - There is always cool new hardware and tech for the devs to play with - Working with awesome group of people - Fun activities and social gatherings at the end of every week - Open space work environment - Flex time

      Cons

      - Most projects are on tight deadlines so its not for everyone - the company is growing so fast that even their new office space is already getting packed

      Pros

      Always working on something different and exciting! Access to the newest technology and gear. Laidback fun vibe with hardworking dedicated employees. Management that really cares about employees.

      Cons

      Responsibilities and expectations are high (ultimately a good thing, but can get really stressful). Hard projects with tight timelines (not everyone is cut out for this). Late office hours (10am-7pm). As a morning person, I’d rather start at 8 or 9am.
