Pros
You feel like being mentally served ( personality patterns ) They have a lot of fun activities by which you can kill the time :) They speak mostly in German , and you can just take a nap -snacks at kitchens and fruits and etc available to make you gain some weight LOL
Cons
- Very unexperienced/ junior managers - A few managers do have mental issues and company NEEDs them just because they have some ties to OEMs through them. - Poor management that even have min respect to new employees and think giving a BIG fake smile resolved everything ( so dumb)
