Pros
A growing company with career growth! Feels like a family and everyone is really welcoming. Fun environment and there's never really a dull day in the office. Everyone integrates with each other and we have company lunches and/or after work drinks during the month. Opportunities to go abroad for the company events which is a lot of fun!
Cons
You have to be organised and keep on top of your workload, you get what you put in and are expected to manage your tasks.
