Pros
One can not say pro's about a company if they have never experienced any :)
Cons
1. No personal space 2. Timing is heavier 3. Salary is not appropriate 4. No separate washrooms for ladies 5. Its a family business , every member of the family is involved and its hard to take any decision.

No pros to write as the company and its owner has all the negative attitude in the world.
Cons
1. The owner insulted me because i dint knew to drive two wheeler. 2. No place to sit in the office comfortably. 3. Combined toilet for ladies and gents. 4. Every hour work details has to be sent. If you are even 5 minutes late due to any reasons you are not excused and has to stand outside the gate as punishment.
