Management is not great, not very concerned about employees

You have to get reports from inspectors to really do the job and i can say this.....The inspectors are like children that were never disciplined in their miserable lives. They dont do their reports on time. they dont like being told to send in their reports. they are late every. single. time. without fail. They will never change. Now for the people. If the same people are still there. You have a partner in information processing that gets along very wll with the boss of that department. She can be cool and she can be not. When she's not: leave just leave. she can handle all she can by herself. For some reason they do not like HR and talk behind her back. The rest all like their reports done in different ways. Dont get them wrong. Leave if you do.These people at the end of the day dont know what the want and they dont deserve you anyways. oh yeah its dirty, very dirty. they used to have rats but not anymore. their carpets are very dirty.
